Recommended for Junior Designers with foundational dealer experience (2-4 years' experience).
The 12-week curriculum develops advanced technical and analytical competencies including sophisticated space planning methodologies, value engineering strategies, analytical thinking frameworks, and complex problem-solving approaches. The program positions participants for expanded responsibilities and prepares them for senior-level contributions.
